Repair Policy

Warranty Repairs:
Most of the equipment we sell includes a warranty card specifying the terms of the manufacturers warranty. If no card is included with the product, a copy of the warranty may be obtained by writing to the manufacturer. We will provide you with the address if needed. If a warranty repair is needed we will be happy to ship it back to the manufacturer provided the merchandise was originally purchased from Roberts.  There will be a $20.00 shipping charge.  The customer will also be responsible for all shipping charges to return the item to the customer.

Important Note:
To obtain warranty service, it is imperative that you provide a copy of the original receipt and warranty card. If you do not provide a receipt, you are responsible for all repair and shipping charges.

Out of Warranty Repairs:
If you should need repair service after your warranty expires, you may still return the product to us for disposition. We will provide you with an estimate of the repair for your approval before any work is done. Some companies charge a fee for the estimate even if no repair work is done. We will notify you in advance if that is the case. You are also responsible for any and all  shipping and insurance charges that may be incurred. There is a $20.00 shipping charge to send the item to and from the manufacturer.  Most non-warranty repair work is guaranteed only for the work performed. The length of the guarantee varies from company to company. We will provide details upon receipt of your product.
